HAZTEAM Join Process
If you are interested in joining HT, then we are interested in hearing from you. First, we do NOT hold tryouts. We don't believe that a one time "approval" is the proper way of doing business. Most of the time we recruit by personal invite so please don't ask us if "we are recruiting" or "when do you guys hold tryouts".
We base our decisions on people joining through experience with that person. We usually like to get to know the person, play with them for awhile, and see how they are as an overall person and not just a player. This process could take weeks or even months. If you receive an invite from us it usually means that we are already interested in you and are pleased with your performance and attitude, therefore you will probably be accepted in no time if you wish to accept the invitation. If you come to us with the request to join, it may take a little longer to be formally invited.
Expectations:
We require all of our members to be respectful to fellow members as well as other online players. We require each member to provide an email address as means of contact within the team. We also require our members to be online at least one time a week to stay active and familiar with clan activities. Once accepted into HT we encourage all new members to participate with the rest of the team as much as possible. This means using the forums frequently as this is our communications hub, playing and gaming with other members obviously and throwing in your two cents whenever you can. This helps us a lot.
What To Do:
If you are interested in joining the best thing you can do off the bat is let us know. This can be done in game or within our forums which is most preferred. If the in game method is chosen the particular HT member will most likely direct you to our forums anyway. All you need to do is let us know who you are and that you're interested. The rest will naturally flow from there as we may set up interviews, meetings, online games or whatever. You will be notified of what to do once you come to us.
