BOTS was established back in 2001 when some of our members and community friends wanted to have a MEN vs. WOMEN challenge. So, in August of 2001, we had our first ever official BOTS game. The ladies won the 2001 challenge with old SWAT3 players like VEXY, JOJO and SILK and they will forever live in our cherished memories.
The first year's game got so much attention and nostalgia, that we hosted another BOTS in 2002. Again, a challenge that was far beyond fun and we had more team and community members attend the event. Fortunately, the men prevailed!
Unfortunately, 2003 proved to be a slump in HAZTEAM's long history, and we did not have a BOTS that year nor 2004. But I have plans to continue the HT BOTS tradition once again!
