In HT, alliances don't happen easily or very often. We make it a point only to form alliances with those teams, groups, or organizations that we have played with for a substantial amount of time and gotten to know very well.
The feelings between each and every member on both teams must be mutual in that they all agree towards the concept of an alliance and would work to make it benefit both parties.
